Our primary goal is to increase opportunities for African American coaches and athletic administrators in college sports. As a non-profit organization, we aim to provide resources, support, and advocacy for minority coaches in their career development and advancement.
Our Commitment
Our commitment is to foster an inclusive and diverse environment within college athletics by promoting equal opportunities for all coaches, regardless of their background. We believe in the power of mentorship, education, and community engagement to bring about positive change in the representation of minority coaches across all sports disciplines. The BCA strives to create a network of support and empowerment for African American coaches, ensuring they have the necessary tools and guidance to succeed in their coaching careers.
